One Academy. Five AI Capability Tracks.
What are the five GlobalWork Academy tracks?
AI Foundations, AI for My Profession, AI Builder, AI Engineering, and Production AI Engineering. They represent Understand, Apply, Build, Engineer, and Productionize.
Do I have to complete all five tracks?
No. The tracks are learning destinations, not five compulsory courses. GlobalWork recognizes what you already know and can demonstrate, then personalizes the route to your intended destination.
Is Agentic AI a separate track?
No. Agentic capability develops progressively across the Academy—from understanding and supervising agents to building, engineering, deploying, securing, evaluating, authorizing and governing production agentic systems.
Does AI Builder require programming?
No. Traditional programming is not a prerequisite. AI-assisted development, including vibe coding, low-code/no-code, visual tools, APIs and conventional code are all valid approaches depending on the learner and problem.
Frequently asked questions
How GlobalWork builds AI capability from what you already know.
What is GlobalWork Academy?
GlobalWork Academy is the capability-development engine inside GlobalWork. It develops practical AI capability for beginners, professionals, builders and engineers, then connects learning to assessment and evidence.
Is GlobalWork teaching me my profession?
No. GlobalWork does not teach physicians medicine, lawyers law, accountants accounting, finance professionals finance or other experts the profession they already know. It teaches the AI layer and helps people apply it responsibly within their work.
Do experienced professionals have to start from the beginning?
No. GlobalWork first considers your goal, role, experience and demonstrated evidence. It assigns the AI foundation you need and allows demonstrated capabilities to shorten the route. A claim can guide placement, but it does not prove capability by itself.
What does “AI for My Profession” mean?
It means starting with the appropriate AI foundation, then aligning AI with real workflows in Finance, Real Estate, Healthcare, Legal, Accounting or Operations. The curriculum focuses on AI use, verification, privacy, workflow design, human judgment and practical evidence.
Why does each profession branch by role?
People in the same sector perform different work. A physician and healthcare administrator need different examples, workflows and safeguards. An investment banker and FP&A professional share some AI foundations but apply them differently. GlobalWork adapts accordingly.
How is AI for Physicians different from medical education?
AI for Physicians aligns AI with clinical information, documentation, evidence review, patient communication, administrative workflows, privacy and evaluation of clinical AI systems. It does not teach medicine or authorize autonomous diagnosis or treatment. The physician remains the medical expert and final decision-maker.
How does GlobalWork work with engineers?
Engineers leverage their existing discipline. GlobalWork adds the AI bridge: model integration, context and retrieval, tools, agents, MCP, evaluation, security, observability and production operation as appropriate. Experienced engineers should not repeat foundations they can already demonstrate.
Can I skip material I already know?
Yes, when accepted evidence or a suitable diagnostic demonstrates the required capability. GlobalWork records why an activity was assigned or skipped so the route remains explainable.
How does GlobalWork determine what I already know?
GlobalWork can use your profile, work history, portfolio, assessments, diagnostics and submitted evidence. Self-report provides context but does not automatically create a demonstrated capability record.
What counts as evidence?
Evidence depends on the capability. It may include assessed work products, source-backed analyses, repositories, tests, evaluation results, workflow records, professional artifacts, project demonstrations or other inspectable outputs with provenance.
Is completing a course enough?
No. Completion may show participation or knowledge coverage. Stronger capability states require practical assessment, demonstrated work or appropriate professional evidence.
How are practical challenges assessed?
Challenges use explicit rubrics. For professional AI work, assessment considers appropriate use, context quality, verification, confidentiality, uncertainty, human review and the defensibility of the resulting work product and process.
Does GlobalWork replace licensing or professional certification?
No. GlobalWork develops and assesses AI capability within defined boundaries. It does not replace professional education, licensure, certification, employer authority or professional accountability.
How are privacy, safety and human accountability handled?
They are part of the curriculum and assessment, not optional additions. Learners must understand sensitive-data boundaries, appropriate tools, verification, oversight, escalation and when AI should not be used.
Can my learning route change?
Yes. Your route can change when your destination changes, new evidence is accepted or a capability is demonstrated. GlobalWork continually recalculates what is relevant next while preserving an explainable history.
