Destination is standardized. Route is personalized.
The tracks are destinations, not five compulsory courses. GlobalWork recognizes demonstrated capability and focuses learning on unresolved gaps. Claimed skills are not treated as demonstrated capability without evidence.
What makes it different
You do not have to become an AI engineer to become AI-native. A physician can apply AI to medicine without being taught medicine again. A founder can build with AI without first becoming a conventional software engineer. An experienced engineer can move directly toward AI Engineering or Production AI Engineering when their demonstrated capability supports it.
